Narrative Description

First, my inservice will consist of introducing the web 2.0 tools to the faculty and staff using a powerpoint presentation and allowing them to ask questions or voice concerns.  Second, I would discuss the lesson plan, materials, and format for this reading/writing assignment.   I would go over the tools that would be beneficial when applying this lesson, and how it can work across the curriculum.  Last, I would introduce the assessment evaluation rubric for this assignment and practice using novels and assigned materials with the faculty and staff for hands-on review.
