Circulation	Module handles patrons'records,circulation policies for materials,overdues,fines and lost copies.
Inventory	Correlates with the cataloging and circulation modules. generates reportsfor each item and missing items. Handheld scanning device provides an efficient and timesaving task.
Acquisitions	Developing a module in the next fiscal year.
Reports	This module is great for reporting stats, customized form letters, and sending over dues via email.
Serials Management	This module is not available on Concourse modules.
Media Booking	This module is also is not available on Concourse modules.
Inter-Library Loans	This module makes it easy for borrowing and lending materials for public and school libraries.
Backup/Restore	Provides backup of the entire system. by moving the databases to a disk of memory stick, etc.
Maintenance	Provides valuable technical asistance but annual support fee is required.

Yvonne, you can add any info you have about Athena Automation System for any surroundings libraries that are still using this program. I did talk to a previous Randolph County librarian that said,"I once used the program and it was a much simplier program to use than Concourse."  The librarian now works in Tallpoosa County. Maybe it was because Athena System didn't have as many optional modules as Concourse. I also tried to find the info on the internet but I was told this system is no longer available by a Sagebrush Corporation employee.  Sagebrush is now providing new automation software for previous Athena Systems users.
